Evening Programme Start Date
All Evening Programme registrants are asked to note that the start date for the Evening Programme is the week of May 26, 2025 according to your designated class day. Interested persons may apply online at any time, however requisite fees must be paid at BVTB Headquarters on Culloden Road, St. Michael (cash or cheque only). See our class schedule here.
Applicants are reminded to complete payment in full by May 23, 2025 to secure your place on a course. As places on the Evening Programme are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, persons wishing to register for a course should confirm their place by paying the necessary fees in full as soon as possible after registration as the course may become full before the registration deadline.

- What is a Scheme of Training?
A scheme of training is a document which outlines the skills, tasks and competences that you should acquire during your apprenticeship.

- What is the Admissions Policy for Skills Training programmes?
Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years and should have completed nine (9) years of formal education to be accepted on the BVTB Skills Training Programme, except for the Bar and Restaurant Services and vehicle operations courses. Applicants must be eighteen (18) years or older to be eligible to apply for these courses. This stipulation is in accordance with Section 57 of the Liquor Licence Act of Barbados for the Bar and Restaurant Services course. The Skills Training Programme is free to all Barbadian nationals. Non-nationals are required to pay a course fee.
